Challenge: This 20+ year old nonprofit needed an end-to-end brand refresh for its signature program.
Role: As project leader for this effort, I worked closely with partners to build our website and program content on the CMS platform, migrate resources, created graphics, and gather stakeholder testimonials to drive donations and engagement.

Challenge: Following a company merger with several siloed brands, the team was seeking to build an intranet to serve as the main hub for all global associates to access key resources and information.
Role: While the the development and launch of the intranet was a cross-functional project, it serves as a multichannel community to support the associate experience. I support our content cycle on the platform through building multi-media stories and initiative campaigns. Through sharing out the highlights in our global newsletter, we drive traffic and views up.

Challenge: The team was looking to build out a digital platform to support the recognition program that would allow for peer-to-peer acknowledgements across the global enterprise
Role: I served as the communications lead for this collaborative project bringing functions across the organization together. I supported the platform build, built guidelines and key messaging, developed and executed the promotional launch campaign internally, and continue to communicate the platform updates on an ongoing basis.

Role: Built social media posts and drove engagement for the Canada team through sharing behind-the-scenes looks at events, highlighting team members spotlights, and showcasing product/services for clients.
